This week we will break it down with shorter clips as we outline the design process and where AI can be infused! Here in day 2 of the AI Powered Workflows December week 2 DAIly training, I walk you through my typical design project workflow, showcasing how I utilize software and tools for designers. I share insights on project kickoffs, utilize transcripts for project updates, and leverage AI assistants for design tasks.

To efficiently kick off a new client project by utilizing AI-powered tools to generate transcripts and summaries from initial client meetings.
Key Steps:
1. Schedule a Kickoff Session: Arrange a meeting with the new client to gather project details.
2. Use Fathom for Transcription: Utilize Fathom to record and transcribe the meeting, generating a detailed summary.
3. Copy Transcript: Copy the generated transcript for reference and further action.
4. Utilize Chat GPT: Input the transcript into Chat GPT to create detailed notes, ask questions, and plan next steps.
5. Review Design Preferences: Note down client's design style preferences, color choices, space requirements, and functional needs.
6. Search for Specific Information: Use the transcript to search for specific details mentioned by the client during the meeting.
7. Continued Conversation: Use the transcript as a starting point for future meetings, adding new transcripts to track progress and plan further actions.
